Peer Relationships

Peer relationships refer to relationships between friends and colleagues. Our relationship with our peers has the power to influence our emotional and psychological state, and if left unchecked, poor peer relationships can cause people to be deeply unsatisfied with their lives.

Worsening peer relationships might be a sign of the development of a mental health issue (e.g. depression or addiction), as these issues affect our mental state and we begin to interact poorly with our peers.

Therapy can help you improve your communication skills and understand the underlying reasons for poor peer relationships. Message our providers to find out how they can help.
